Customer Service
All of our books are in stock, cleaned & ready for you to enjoy.
We try to be very diligent and describe our used books accurately. We want you to know exactly what you are buying, as if you were looking at the book yourself. Please read the "Comments" section of each listing for a detailed description of each title.
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please note that some of our used books are library discards. If so, it will be stated in the item description. Often times these books were never circulated and are unread. This leads to their retirement. By purchasing these books, you are helping to support the Nashville Public Library system, and surrounding counties.
Payment and Shipping
Payments can be made through Amazon Payments or by PayPal. You will be given that choice at checkout. At the time of checkout, your cart will be transferred to your chosen site to complete the sale.
We package securely and ship Monday through Saturday. All items are sent with delivery confirmation.
Standard shipping will be sent by USPS Media Mail or First Class, depending on weight.
Expedited shipping is sent by USPS Priority Mail (priority is First Class for 13oz and less).
If paying through Amazon, each item will have the full shipping cost of $3.99 for Standard and $6.99 for Expedited, I am unable to alter their shipping rates.
If paying through PayPal, combined shipping is available.
Standard shipping: $3.99 for the first item, $2 each additional item.
Expedited shipping: $6.99 for the first item, $3.50 each additional item.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy. You may return any item for any reason within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping, provided it is received in the same condition in which it was sent. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless it is our error.
